This pretty cameo ring features a shell cameo that was hand carved in Italy and set in a beautiful 14k yellow gold ring. The ring was made by one of our Master Jewelers using artisan skills and labor-intensive techniques that are rarely seen in today's modern, computer-driven world. The cameo sits in a gold bezel, adorned with a delicate twisted rope design and high-polished frame. The jeweler who created this ring has since retired, so we will be unable to replace our inventory once the last piece has sold.
